P.E., Environmental Department Manager

Ms. White earned a Master of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and is a registered professional engineer in Colorado, New Mexico, and Utah. Ms. White has over 15 years of environmental compliance experience in a broad range of industries including oil and gas, residential development, and wind and solar projects. 

Ms. White’s areas of expertise include FRP/SPCC plans and training, NPDES permitting, due diligence audits, and Phase I/II environmental site assessments. Additionally, she has experience in construction observation, sound level surveys, floodplain permitting and drainage studies, equipment inventories, air quality, site remediation, and site reclamation. Ms. White’s clients operate mainly in the Rocky Mountain region.
