Position: Human Resources & Administrative Coordinator (Temporary)

Location: Denver Metro

Employment Type: Temporary, Part Time (W-2), non-exempt

Assignment Duration: Approximately 4 months

Hourly Rate: $26 - $32, depending on experience

Reports To: Human Resources Manager

CDH Consulting is looking for a temporary part-time HR Support Coordinator to assist with day-to-day HR and recruiting operations during a maternity leave coverage period. This role will primarily support recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, onboarding administration, and general HR support tasks. We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and communicate effectively in a remote work environment.  


Position: Project Scientist/Engineer/Geologist

Location: Remote - Carlsbad or Hobbs, NM or Midland, TX – must be local, no relocation considered

Employment Type: Full Time (W-2), Exempt

Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience

Reports To: Senior Engineer or Geologist

CDH is seeking a Project Scientist to join our team! As a mid-to-senior member of our team, you'll lead and execute environmental compliance projects with oversight from senior staff, mentor junior colleagues, and serve as a key technical contributor on Permian Basin soil and groundwater investigations. You'll have real ownership over your projects while benefiting from the support of an experienced and collaborative team.


Position: Field Technician

Location: Remote within Denver Metro Area

Employment Type: Temporary, Full Time (W-2), Non-Exempt

Salary Range: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour, depending on experience

Reports To: Project Scientist

CDH Consulting is seeking a Field Technician to support ongoing field work including soil sampling and groundwater sampling, and other field work as needed as needed. Fieldwork is mainly in the Denver-Julesburg (DJ) Basin; however, the candidate may be required to travel for up to 2 weeks at a time to other project locations as needed.

The preferred applicant for this position will have a background and/or some educational experience in environmental science, engineering, geology, stormwater management, water quality, or a related field.


Position: Senior Scientist/Engineer/Geologist

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full Time Exempt

Salary Range: $100,000 to $125,000, depending on experience

Reports To: Environmental Department Manager

As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to lead and execute a variety of environmental compliance projects with minimal oversight. You'll work closely with our project teams to overcome challenges and meet our clients' needs, all while providing mentorship and support to junior staff. Your role will involve managing clients, managing projects, managing an internal team, leading project teams, business development, and ensuring the quality of our deliverables.
