David Stainback

Mr. Stainback earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Western Carolina University and is a licensed professional geologist in Wyoming, with over 10 years of environmental consulting experience and over 7 years of project management experience. Mr. Stainback has experience working on projects for clients in Colorado, Wyoming, New Mexico, Utah, Montana, North Dakota, and Texas.

Mr. Stainback’s experience primarily focuses on spill response/site investigation and remediation for upstream and midstream clients in the Rocky Mountain region, but he also has experience managing pre-construction surveys, baseline sampling, Phase I/II investigations, SPCC compliance, stray soil gas investigations, asbestos inspections/reporting, and Reg 7 air compliance.
