Job Title: Human Resources & Administrative Coordinator

Hourly Rate: $26 to $32, depending on experience
Reports To: Human Resources Manager

Position Overview:
CDH Consulting is looking for a temporary part-time HR Support Coordinator to assist with day-to-day HR and recruiting operations during a maternity leave coverage period. This role will primarily support recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, onboarding administration, and general HR support tasks. We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and communicate effectively in a remote work environment.
Expected Schedule:
Approximately 20-30 hours per week
Flexible schedule during normal business hours
Temporary assignment anticipated from July through October 2026
Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting and Hiring Support
Post and manage job openings
Coordinate candidate interview scheduling and communicate with candidates throughout the interview process
Perform reference checks
Maintain recruiting trackers and candidate records
HR Administration and Team Support
Enter employee information into HR System (Gusto)
Assist with onboarding coordination and new hire paperwork
Help maintain employee records and organizational documents
Assist with employee events, engagement activities, and internal communications
Support payroll-related data entry and employee updates
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to handle sensitive information professinoally
Experience with Microsoft Office/Teams
Education and Experience:
High school diploma required
Prior administrative, recruiting coordination or HR support experience preferred
Experience with HRIS or payroll systems, preferably Gusto
