Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

Salary Range: $25 to $35 per hour, depending on experience

Position Overview:
CDH Consulting is seeking an HR Coordinator to support the Human Resources Manager in various HR and administrative functions. This role will be responsible for recruiting support, payroll quality control, compliance tracking, and general office coordination. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining HR policies, managing employee documentation, coordinating company communications, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting & Employee Support
Manage job postings, interview scheduling, and reference checks
Maintain job descriptions and assist with onboarding
Handle employment verifications and benefits administration
HR Operations & Compliance
Support payroll quality control and maintain HR policies
Manage organizational charts
Company Communication & Event Planning
Oversee company website email
Plan company events and coordinate employee appreciation efforts
General Administrative Tasks
Assist with general compliance initiatives like insurance certificates, safety questionnaires, and work permits
Manage LinkedIn HR updates and Sharefile organization
Handle miscellaneous office logistics such as storage and parking solutions, client newsletter compilation, and client end-of-year gifts
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in an HR admin role or internship
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
Knowledge of payroll and benefits administration
Understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree would be preferred
2+ years of experience in an HR support role or related administrative function
