Ms. Bresler graduated from the University of Colorado with a B.A. in Psychology and has over 12 years of experience in human resources. She has supported multiple high-growth oil and gas companies, where she played a key role in developing and implementing HR programs to support rapid organizational growth.

Throughout her career, Ms. Bresler has led a broad range of HR functions, including payroll and benefits administration, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. At CDH Consulting, she works closely with leadership to develop policies, enhance internal processes, and support a growing, high-performing workforce.
